There does not appear to be a way to purchase the book (from USA at least) as no link to ones “ Cart” 🛒 comes up whether logged in or not. Sounds like a great read though.

There's a cart logo bottom right of the screen if you're on a computer. On a phone I think it's in the menu.
To arrange delivery to the US, you change the address details in the delivery tab as you go through checkout. It's a standard Squarespace online store.
